Cancer T-Shirts

Cancer T-Shirts for Sensitive Skin

100% organic Egyptian cotton — an extra-long staple fibre spun into a surface smooth enough to sit quietly against sensitive skin, all day.

Cancer Tshirts - One Less Thing to Manage

Treatment can leave skin reactive to things that never bothered it before. A t-shirt touches more of your body, for more hours, than anything else you wear — so getting that one thing right is small, but it's yours to control.

Our Egyptian cotton is made to stay out of the way: smooth against the skin, loose where you need room, and quiet enough that you can forget you have it on.

Soothing T-Shirts for Recovery After Treatment

Why Egyptian Cotton for Cancer Patients

Regular cotton's short fibres leave loose ends standing off the yarn — and those ends are what catch, scratch and pill. Egyptian cotton's longer fibres spin into a tighter, smoother surface with almost nothing to rub against the skin. Nothing to scratch. Nothing to pill. And it only gets smoother with every wash.

  • Smooth against sensitive skin

Extra-long Egyptian staple fibres leave almost no rough ends on the surface, so reactive skin has nothing to catch on.

  • No harsh chemical residue

GOTS certified organic, field to finished shirt. No synthetic pesticides in the fibre, no chemical finishes on the cloth.

  • Breathes with your body

The open weave lets heat go when you're warm and holds it when you're cold — helpful through the temperature swings treatment can bring.

  • Non-toxic dyes, or none at all

Every colour uses low-impact, non-toxic dye. Our natural shirts have no dye, no bleach, no processing — the gentlest place to start.

  • Room to move

Cut loose enough for comfort through weight changes and tenderness. Not shapeless — just never tight, never pressing where it shouldn't.

  • Better with every wash

Egyptian cotton doesn't stiffen or pill the way regular cotton does. The long fibres settle in rather than break down, so the shirt only gets gentler.

Comfortable Breast Cancer T-Shirts

For tender skin and sore days, a shirt that doesn't press on the chest makes a real difference.

Our breast cancer t-shirts — women's and men's — have a relaxed crew neck that sits away from the upper chest, in Egyptian cotton that's smooth against the skin and loose enough to move with you.

Available in pink for anyone who wants to wear the ribbon, with natural undyed options for the most reactive skin.

Cancer T-Shirts by Type

The same Egyptian cotton, chosen for what each day asks of it.

  • Ovarian Cancer Shirts

Easy on over the head, loose on the body, no adjusting once it's on. One less thing to manage when getting dressed is already an effort.

  • Lung Cancer T-Shirts

Cut easy across the chest and shoulders. Nothing tightens, nothing compresses — just room to breathe.

  • Prostate Cancer T-Shirts

Frequently Asked Questions

My skin is burning and peeling from radiation. Is there a cancer t-shirt that will not make it worse?

Radiation dermatitis - the burn and peel response - happens because radiation damages skin cells faster than they can regenerate. Every major cancer centre treating this recommends the same thing: loose, smooth cotton directly over the area. Nothing synthetic. Nothing tight. Our natural undyed Egyptian cotton is as close to bare skin as a fabric can get. No dye, no chemical finish, nothing processed into the fibre. Wash it with baking soda before the first wear and there is nothing left that reactive skin could respond to.

What makes Egyptian cotton different from regular cotton for cancer patients?

Regular cotton fibres are short - typically 25mm or less. Short fibres leave loose ends sticking out of the yarn surface. Those ends are what scratches. Egyptian cotton fibres grow to 36mm or longer - nearly double. When spun, those long fibres wrap tighter, leave almost nothing on the surface, and create a fabric that lies flat against the skin with no friction points. It is not a special treatment or coating that wears off. It is the fibre itself. That is why it stays gentle through six months of daily washing during treatment.

I am buying a cancer tee shirt as a gift. What should I choose?

The natural undyed option is the safest gift for someone whose specific skin sensitivities you are not certain of. Nothing has been added - no dye, no bleach, no colour processing - so there is nothing for reactive skin to respond to. If colour matters to them, any of our options use low-impact non-toxic dyes. For size, go one size up from what they normally wear. Looser is always better during treatment. If you are buying for a breast cancer patient, the women's or men's crew neck in natural or pink is the most thoughtful combination.

Do you have pink breast cancer shirts and long sleeve breast cancer shirts?

Yes to both. Pink is available in women's and men's sizes using low-impact non-toxic dye. Long sleeve breast cancer shirts in egyptian cotton are particularly important during and after radiation - both chemotherapy and radiation increase the skin's sensitivity to sunlight permanently in the treated area, and covering arms and chest when outside reduces the risk of further damage. Our long sleeve options are the same organic egyptian cotton as the short sleeve range.

Do you have sizes for both children and adults?

Yes. We offer youth sizes (small through large) as well as men’s and women’s adult sizing.

Every garment is made from the same 100% organic Egyptian cotton - we don’t use a lower-grade fabric for children’s items. The material and construction are consistent across all sizes.

I have a port. Will a crew neck cancer t-shirt give access to it?

Our crew necklines sit naturally away from the upper chest and do not pull tight. For most port placements, a loose crew neck pulled aside or down gives nurses the access they need. For ports that require full front opening, many of our customers wear our egyptian cotton t-shirt as a base layer with a button-front or zip cardigan over the top - that combination gives you the smooth, skin-friendly fabric against your body and the easy port access your treatment team needs.

I am a breast cancer survivor. My treatment finished six months ago but my skin is still sensitive. Will these help?

Yes - and this is more common than most people are told before treatment ends. Chemotherapy-related skin changes can persist for a year or longer after the last infusion. Radiation-treated skin stays permanently more fragile and sun-sensitive. The same properties that make our shirts work during treatment - smooth egyptian cotton surface, no harsh chemicals, natural breathability - work just as well in the months and years after. Several of our customers started wearing them during breast cancer treatment and have not gone back to anything else.

Do you carry cancer shirts for children with childhood cancer?

Yes. Our youth sizes are the same 100% organic Egyptian cotton as the adult range - no cheaper fabric for smaller sizes. Children's skin is more sensitive than adults' under normal circumstances. During chemotherapy it is considerably more reactive. For parents of kids with childhood cancer who are battling the daily shirt-on, shirt-off routine, our youth t-shirts have made a real difference. The fabric is smooth enough that children who refused to wear regular cotton shirts have worn ours without complaint./p>
